• You must provide accurate information during checkout to validate your license.
• Each purchase comes with a personal license tied to the buyer only.

2. Gifting Policy

• If gifting a product, both the gifter and receiver’s names must be listed on the receipt.
• The license belongs solely to the named receiver.

3. Age Restriction

• Products are strictly for individuals 18 years or older.
• All avatars are labeled AO / R18+ (Adult Only).

4. Refunds

• No refunds will be issued. These are digital downloadable products.

5. Usage Rules

• Products from Slvt are intended for VRChat use only.
• You may not use these avatars for other platforms, including but not limited to: VTubing, Resonite , ChilloutVR, NeosVR, or other games.
• Do not share license keys, packages, or files. Unauthorized distribution will result in blacklisting and license revocation.
• Your friends may not upload the avatar for you unless they own a separate, valid license of the same avatar.
• Avatars must not be made cloneable or public. Any violation will result in blacklisting, banning, and/or DMCA/WIPO action.

6. Modifications

• You may edit the avatar as long as it still resembles the original version.
• Regardless of edits and modifications, the avatar remains the intellectual property of Slvt, and proper credit is always required.
• I am only responsible for issues with the original package. If you break the avatar through edits, that is your responsibility.

7. Credit & Attribution

• When using Slvt avatars in social media, showcases, or content, you must credit Slvt.
• Do not gatekeep or claim the avatar as your own creation.

8. Blacklisting Policy

• If you are blacklisted, you may not purchase or use my work.
• Attempts to bypass a blacklist will result in permanent bans and reporting.

9. Gonso Protection System

Most avatars on this store use the Gonso Protection System.

• If you are caught sharing keys, files, or packages, making the avatar public, or attempting to upload the avatar on any account other than the account listed on the purchase receipt, your license and access to files will be revoked and a DMCA will be issued against the avatar on your VRChat account.
• No re-upload assistance will be provided if your license is revoked.
• If you are already banned/blacklisted by the Gonso Protection System, you are not entitled to a refund or upload assistance. Do not purchase if you are blacklisted.

If a product uses the Gonso AntiLeak System, the following applies:

• You will not be able to access or edit the FBX file in Blender.
• You may perform edits in Unity only.
• Your license will be locked to a single VRChat account per purchase.

10. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate license termination as outlined under Avatar Terms Of Service :

• Republishing material from Slvt’s Payhip store onto other websites or social media platforms.
• Reproducing, duplicating, or copying material from Slvt’s Payhip store.
• Redistributing content from Slvt’s Payhip store.
• Claiming content from Slvt’s Payhip store as your own.
• Price splitting or license sharing contents from Slvt’s Payhip store.
• Making any avatar product public use in VRChat from Slvt’s Payhip store.

As Slvt deals primarily in digital goods and services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a digital product has been purchased or downloaded. Due to the nature of digital goods, which are irrevocable upon download or access, refunds will not be provided.

Slvt strictly enforces adherence to these terms and conditions outlined herein. Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in necessary actions, including, but not limited to, suspension of access, termination of accounts, and pursuit of legal remedies.

Furthermore, Slvt adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
